I had a call from Jake about my auto insurance. I was fishing for a quote before I bought a car. Although I did not buy a policy, Jake was very helpful in explaining how the pricing is based on certain criteria such as make, model and year of the vehicle. I was thinking of buying something impractical and he suggested I should look for a more trusted brand if I wanted a lower insurance rate. He was absolutely correct and I appreciate the time he spent with me. I have avoided a big mistake. I have already told a handful of friends how useful Jake was and I will call him when I buy my next car. Well done State Farm!
